⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Elliot Bay INEOS Grenadier. From purchasing my Grenadier to the service and support afterward, this team has been absolutely outstanding. I especially want to recognize Stavros in the Service Department. He is one of those rare people who completely changes how you feel about dealing with a dealership. Stavros has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to taking care of me and my Grenadier. He communicates extremely well, follows through on what he says he is going to do, and makes you feel like your vehicle actually matters to him—not like you’re simply the next customer in line. What has impressed me most is that his level of service didn’t end when I drove away from the dealership. Even after getting my Grenadier home to Montana, Stavros has continued to be an incredible resource whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. That kind of customer service builds tremendous confidence when owning a unique vehicle like the Grenadier, especially when you don’t live right down the street from the dealership. Stavros is a huge asset to Elliot Bay and to the INEOS Grenadier brand. The rest of the team deserves recognition as well. Jason in Sales, who sold me the Grenadier, was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, helpful, and made buying the vehicle an experience I genuinely enjoyed. Lina in Finance was equally impressive. She made what can often be the least enjoyable part of purchasing a vehicle easy, efficient, and painless. She was professional, organized, friendly, and great to work with. I also want to recognize BJ, who was extremely helpful and contributed to the great experience I had with the dealership. Everyone I interacted with made me feel like they cared about the customer long after the sale was complete. I’ve purchased plenty of vehicles over the years, and Elliot Bay INEOS Grenadier stands out as one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. The Grenadier itself is an incredible vehicle, but having people like Stavros, Jason, Lina, and BJ standing behind it makes the ownership experience even better. If you’re considering an INEOS Grenadier, I would recommend Elliot Bay without hesitation—and if you ever need anything on the service side, Stavros is exactly the person you want taking care of you and your Grenadier. Five stars all around. Exceptional people, exceptional service, and a dealership that understands how to build long-term relationships with its customers.

Stavros and his team are wonderful. Stavros is very responsive and detail oriented. He listens well and takes notes .Then addresses everything on the to do list and explains what has been done. The level of service at EB INEOS Grenadier is very high. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The showroom is full of eye candy for car people. Nothing but good experiences here. Thank you.

Stavros and the service team did an outstanding job. I came over from Spokane. I had to have the car back on time so I could get back home for a mandatory meeting. There was a problem found that could have delayed the service, but Stavros and the service team got it done overnight. They went above and beyond! I was able to make it home in plenty of time for my meeting. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I live VERY far away from EBA. Mandatory dealer service work became required for my Grenadier. Stavros was aware that I wanted to squeeze my visit into a driving vacation.
